12-Week Mental Skills Training Bootcamp

This program is designed for individuals new to mental skills training and are committed to enhancing their mental strength and agility. Individuals will learn and develop essential practices and routines to excel at a high level, perform in high-pressure situations, and improve overall well-being. Individuals will learn evidence-based tools to enhance 6 critical mental skills: confidence, motivation, attention/focus, arousal (energy) regulation, emotion regulation, and mindfulness.

Includes:

  • Bi-weekly 1-hour virtual sessions (total 6 sessions)

  • Weekly training plan & progress tracking

  • Training workbook

  • Ongoing support & weekly check-ins through the client portal

  • Lifetime access to private mental skills community

Single Session

Single sessions are perfect for inquiries about mental performance consulting or a check-in every now and then.

Includes:

  • 1-hour virtual session

  • Summary sent to e-mail following session

Private Session Packages

Looking to have a mental performance coach in your back pocket for your season? Need someone to talk to right before a big competition? Private session packages are great for continuing support after the 12-week mental skills training bootcamp, or if you are familiar with mental skills training. We will continue our work together, utilizing the tools you learned in the bootcamp to reach your performance and well-being goals. Individuals may select a package based on the timeline of their goals or season. Scheduling sessions is more flexible and will be based on your needs.

6 Sessions

  • 6 x 1-hour virtual private sessions

  • Ongoing support & weekly check-ins through client portal

  • Commitment to at least 3 sessions

8 Sessions

  • 8 x 1-hour virtual private sessions

  • Ongoing support & weekly check-ins through client portal

  • Commitment to at least 4 sessions

10 Sessions

  • 10 x 1-hour virtual private sessions

  • Ongoing support & weekly check-ins through client portal

  • Commitment to at least 5 sessions
